Who are the
people most qualified to choose our elected
officials? Obviously the more intelligent a
person is and the more educated the person is, the
more skillful he or she is likely to be at
almost any task, including voting for a political
candidate.
Under our
present system, regardless of their knowledge,
education, or mental capacity everybody gets one
vote. A moron and a genius are
considered equally qualified to elect our politic
leaders. What does that say for the
quality of our political leaders?
The naive,
the uneducated, and the less intelligent are more
easily fooled by the commonly used
manipulative and deceptive political
advertising. They minds are also more
easily dominated by the peddlers of religious
dogma. Thus,
these people are more likely to cast their vote
based upon what someone else tells
them. The 2004 political
election in the united states is a good example of
massive
voter mind manipulation.²
Here's an alternative to our present election
system.
One vote simply for being. Total votes =
1
One
additional vote for having completed a high school
education. Total votes = 2
One
additional vote for having completed two years of
college-level education. Total votes = 3
One
additional vote for having completed a second two
years of higher education and receiving a college
degree. Total votes = 4
One
additional vote for having completed studies that
result in receiving a master's degree.
Total votes = 5
One
additional vote for having completed studies that
result in receiving a doctor's degree.
Total votes = 6
One
additional vote for each additional doctor's
degree. (honorary degrees
excluded) Total votes = 6+

Never has the
need for this type of change been more clearly
demonstrated than in the June 2009 presidential election
in Iran. The election was divided
primarily between to different groups of
people.
The uneducated,
the poor and the mindless religious true
believers supported the existing repressive government
leaders who were (and still are) willing to kill
as many of their own citizens and necessary to
maintain their political power.
The opposition
group consisted of the educated, the
professionals, the intellectuals, those who wanted
political freedom.
.
Here's another
"far out' possibility that, at least,
needs to be mentioned:
Regarding that
June 2009, Iranian presidential election, there's
a question that will probably never receive a
clear answer. The existing repressive regime
was caught in obvious voter fraud. In the
midst of the resultant chaos, mass public
demonstrations, and the violent government
repression, the protesters were on the borderline
between being violently repressed and toppling the
existing government.
In spite of the
Government's attempt to hide its actions from the
world, the story was receiving wide television,
media coverage all over the world. Through
cell phone, Twitter, and other Internet
technology, what was happening in Iran was being
broadcast to the world almost as quickly as it
occurred. The stories were being sent
back to the Iranian protestors so they, too, know
what was going on in other parts of the cities and
in other parts of the nation.
The wide, television, media coverage was a major
problem to the existing government.
Removing the media focus from Iran was
critical to the establishment staying in
power. They could not continue to commit the
mass murder of non-violent citizens with the world
watching.
Suddenly the
entire story disappeared from the
media. It went from the main story to
almost nothing in less than one hour.
Stories about the death of Michael Jackson took
over the entire public media. Iran
simply disappeared.
From the cosmic
perspective, there are no accidents, but from the
perspective of the con-artist, manipulative,
behind the scenes leaders of the world, the
Iranian situation had the potential to trigger a
world-wide re-evaluation of justice and
politics. It had the potential to be
the beginning of a completely new Middle
East.
So here's the
question: Was the timing of Michael
Jackson's death an accident? Or is it
possible that his demise was intentionally
hastened up by a few weeks?
